Drafting of Contracts and Agreements and the preparation of regulations and legal studies.

All types of contracts are drafted in both Arabic and English languages in according with the systems applied in the sultanate of Oman and considering the wishes of clients whether individuals , establishments or companies , and when drafting these contracts , the international law’s provisions and treaties that cater for contracts and agreements that concerned  parties might be from outside the Sultanate . Also prepare the internal organizational draft law’s for organizing and specifying the rights of owners in establishments , companies and different types of commercial institutions and in companies  to applicable laws , in addition to preparing legal studies on variety of topics related to contracts, agreements and decision etc. in order to avoid passive attitudes that are detrimental to our clients interest and the positivity that protects his right in having the proper legal advice.
